Signup with FinVOIP and you will receive a virtual account for free. You can make calls after buying minimal credit. 4. How do I make free calls? 1. Dial the access number 03 5551555 from your fixed or mobile phone. 2. Hear the IVR and enter the destination with 00 for International and 0 for national number. 5. How do I check CDRs in Customer-self-care? 1. Go to user login on the Homepage. 2. Enter User name and password and click Enter. You will see a web page where you can see all the details like Balance, CDRs etc.. . 6. How much will I be charged for the calls? Click the Rates to see the price for destination. 7. What are web callback rates? Web callback is the application, which initiates two calls from source and destination numbers. It is treated as two calls instead of one call. You can see the price for both destinations in Rates. With this you can talk to anyone from anywhere. (Note: You need to login on FinVOIP to initiate this service.) 8. Can I call premium numbers of any country with this service? You can call only the premium destinations mentioned in the Rates. You cannot call any other destinations. 9. Can we get invoice for the service? Yes, FinVOIP can generate invoice for you if you provide valid address details with VAT number. 10. Can I become a reseller for FinVOIP? Yes. Please send an email to sales@finvoip.fi 11. Can I use the dialer in Linux and MAC OS? You cannot use this dialer in Linux and MAC OS. You can use this only on Windows platform. Soon we will release a dialer to support for Linux and MAC OS. 12. Can some one call from his PSTN/GSM to my IP Number (Virtual number)? No. You can not receive calls on Virtual numbers. But you can make calls to any destination. 13. Can Business customers use this service? Yes. Please send an email with your user ID, complete address and the VAT number to support@FinVOIP.fi. 14. Can I use FinVOIP VoIP account with other SIP proxy? No. You can not use. 15. Can I make free calls between FinVOIP virtual accounts? Yes. You can make free calls between virtual accounts. 16. Can I call a destination not included in the list? How much will it be charged? You cannot call a destination, which is not in the list. 17. How to reach FinVOIP support? Go to FinVOIP and click Contact. Select appropriate Type (like General, Technical, or Payments) and submit the form. FinVOIP support will contact you in 24 to 48 hours. 18. How long will it take to update our credit if we pay via bank transfer? It will take 3 to 5 working days. |
